This was a good movie. I have to admit I did enjoy it. And on the surface, the plot was fairly simple when broken down. But when all secrets are revealed, and it hits its climax, there are just too many unanswered questions for me.
Slater inhabits a private island, even though it's home to the snake species whose venom reverses his Magical perfume that makes one forget. So why not go somewhere where the snakes don't live and thrive and aren't a threat to expose them? Instead, they just hire a team of crusty snake cullers and just hope that a snake doesn't ever bite one of their unsuspecting guests?
When the one character gets bit by a snake and starts remembering what's actually going on, they kill her, instead of just spraying her with more perfume to make her forget again?
How did they ever discover in the first place that the snake venom reverses the memory loss? And how coincidental is it that the antidote to this trickery is on the same private island where it was seemingly manufactured or at least deployed?
Once these girls finally snap out of their trances after being fooled into drinking snake venom...yup....would that really make them instant revenge thirsty murderers? Wouldn't waking up to two realities all at once at least cause you a bit of confusion such that you would need a few minutes to figure out what was going on?
What happened in the end? She used the spray perfume to enslave Slater and was somehow able to also become the CEO of this company? Weird.
Was the goofy blonde guy with the large wide mouth a victim or a perpetrator?
It was pretty good to watch. It just had way too many loopholes in the plot once you start digging a little bit bit beneath the surface of the superficiality.
Enjoy.

High Hopes, But a Letdown
I was really looking forward to "Blink Twice" after the trailer caught my eye. Sadly, the movie didn't live up to the hype. It started off pretty slow with too much time spent on party scenes that didn't really go anywhere or add much to the story.
When things finally started to happen, it all felt rushed and the ending was a letdown. It seemed like the film had the pieces to be really interesting but just couldn't put them together in a satisfying way.
Overall, "Blink Twice" has a cool idea but doesn't quite nail the execution. It might be worth a watch if you're curious, but it might not live up to your expectations.
